On Monday I went on an exchange with Elder Bagley and we were talking to the mom of one of our Investigators, Jazmin. She was being a little argumentative and didn't want to listen to what we were saying. So out of nowhere I changed the subject and just starting testifying of how today we have a Prophet called of God that can help us all follow our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ better! Her mood changed immediately and she began to just listen. She didnt want to argue any more she was just a lot more receptive! It was so cool to see what the true message of the Restoration can do when taught with the Spirit!
Church was also super great this Sunday! We had a bunch of people come with us to church today! We are teaching 2 brothers and their sister, Carlos Juan Pablo and Carla. Carla is 17 and the 2 brothers are 14. They are all so awesome! We have been teaching them for a week or so and they are progressing so much! They loved church and are reading the Book of Mormon right now! I am super excited to keep teaching them about this gospel and about the truth!
New Years was pretty fun here in Argentina! It consisted of a bunch of fire works and a lot of rain! Haha it was pouring so hard! I thought that would kinda stop all the fireworks but it didnt! There were still a bunch haha! We had a dinner with Pres and Hna Correa again and did a gift exchange that we all bought and then went back to our house and played some games waiting for 12! At 12 the fireworks began and wow were they loud! We kinda live in a poor neighborhood and seriously everyone had huge mortars and other fireworks so ya the neighborhood was lit!
Well i hope you all have a wonderful New Year! Make sure and set some goals for this next year to accomplish! I know with goals, we can progress much faster to what we want to become than without goals! Love you all so much!
