MILAGRASOS (Miracles)in the Lords work

Lets just say this week was a week milagrasos! (Miracles) So here in cordoba our President is really focusing in on each area working hard each month to accomplish their goal that they set in the beginning of the month! I love it a lot! It helps everyone really focus in on completing their goals! And i really learned that this goal we set isnt ours but the Lords goal!

So to explain why this month Elder Bunker prayed and felt inspired to put our goal as 8 people to baptize! We worked super hard every single day and had a lot of success! Going into this last week of the month, we had baptized 3 people and were planning on baptizing 3 more! We had interviews with President and told him this about our plans and he tells us, Thats great that you have 3 but you still need to find 2 more people to baptize in order to accomplish the Lords goal! So this Monday Elder Bunker and I prayed and I said the prayer. I explained the situation and how we would need some miracle this week if we were going to accomplish His goal of 5 more people entering the waters of baptism in the month of February. And from this moment we went to work! We worked so very hard every single day and were blessed with 5 amazing miracle! A family: Leidy, Laura y Dulce were prepared by the Lord to be baptized this Sunday and Bruno an 18 year old kid and Patricio a 9 year old kid were also prepared! I really do know that we
worked hard every day but that this would not have been possible if the Lord did not prepare the way! I know this is the Lords work. I know he prepares the way and the people to recieve the Gospel! I know that I am a called Servant of God sent here to help the people come closer to him! I love this work, this Gospel, and my Savior Jesus Christ! I get closer to him every single day! I really am so greatful for all the miracle that we recieved this week and will be a witness my whole life of him!

I love you all so much and hope you have a great week!!!

BUSY BUSY BUSY (Feb. 20th, 2018)

Well this week was a week awesome! Micaela y Nacho got confirmed this Sunday and wow was it crazy getting them to church! we got to there house to walk with them and no one answers the door.... we sat there knocking for seriously over 15 mins, pounding on the door so loud the whole time! We almost left but decided to stay 1 min longer and finally Bruno, their older brother came to the door! So we got into the house and got the whole family to church! I even had to pick Nacho up out of bed and carry him outside and put on his shoes to wake him up hahaha! But in the end it was great and the whole fam came to church!

Seriously we have been so busy every single day its been crazy! The days fly by becuase every second of every day we have something to do or someone to teach! I love it so muich! As Zone Leaders, we are able to teach divisions with each elder in our zone every month! So 5 times a month we bring other elders to our area and the 4 of us work in our area! Its basically used to show all the missionarys in the mission the vision of President and how we should be working as missionarys! I have loved doing it becuase we are able to find even more people to teach and we can learn from other missionarys and help them out in their mission! Our zone has a lot of missionarys with the same amount of time in the mission as me but we still have a lot to learn from each other!

I love the mission so much and am so happy to be where I am right now! The mission has changed my life a ton and has made me so much happier! Love you all so much and hope you all have a great week! Keep praying for the people in Argentina to recieve this gospel!

Elder Christofersen!!!!

This week was a great week! I am learning to love my area more and more every day! The people here really are super humble and willing to learn even tho it is a barrio a little better off!

So this week Elder Christofersen came to the MAC this saturday! And wow I can testify that he is an Apostle Called by the Lord to testify of him! Something that i loved that he taught was the importance we have has members of this church to help people be re born through the waters of Baptism in the eternal plan that our Heavenly Father created! Everyone to be able to get back to God must be baptized and purified by the Holy Ghost first. And it is only through the mercy of Jesus Christ that this is possible! This is so important that he has sent around 70,000 kids around the world to teach this doctrine and help his other children have the change to be baptized. But this is not only the job of the missionary but of all of us that are members of the church. We should be sharing the message with all of our friends and family becasue we know how important this message really is! He explained is way better but it would take a 2 page essay just to explain it like he did so this is the smaller version hahaha!

So we didnt have a baptism this week but we are planning on having a few this Sunday! So if you can all pray for Laura, Dulce, Pablo and Patricio that would be awesome! Also if you can say a quick prayer for Micaela and Nacho who were baptized the last week to help them out it would be really apreciated! Love you all!! Sorry i dont have much time this week! But hope everything is well!

BACK TO THE WORK: WEEK 1

Back to the work! So first week out of the office and wow did we work hard! Elder Bunker and I work super well together already! I love it! I got to the new area and we started working instantly! They were already working with a few families who we still pass by and we also found a ton of new people to start teaching! So lets start with Jorge!  Jorge is such an awesome guy! Hes 53 and was baptized this Sunday with Bunker and I! It was so cool! His conversion was super sweet! In 6 weeks he went from smoking 40 cigarettes a day to none! And wow hes so strong in the gospel! He was finally able to be baptized this Sunday after a few short weeks! :)

We also taught 2 kids Mikaela and her little brother Nacho o Ignacio! Mikaela is 17 and her brother is 9! They are super awesome and also were baptized this Sunday! Bunker and I passed by them everyday this week preparing them for their baptism! And they loved it for sure! We are also teaching their older brother Bruno who wanted to be baptized this upcoming sunday but just 5 minutes before the Sacrament meeting, had to leave to help a friend with something... so now we will have 1 week more to prepare him! Hes 18 years old and really is an awesome guy! We are also teaching their parents who are super nice and like listening to our message!

So we are also teaching a few more families! 2 of the families are from Columbia! They are so awesome! How we met them is actually quite funny, so monday, Vaz and I went to take my bags to my new area from the mission home! When we got there our phone died and the missionarys weren't home. So we decided to be missionarys and knock doors and ask someone to let us charge our phone! The family that let us in was this Columbian Family! And then a few days later Bunker and I just passed by contact them again and we began teaching them! They are super aweome! this sunday 2 of the daughters of one of the families came to church, Laura and Dulce! Super awesome!

So we had an amazing first week together there in San Vicente! I am really excited to keep working here and help out our whole, Zona Este! The whole zone is working so hard! It so awesome! :)
